At miekki, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives beautifully packaged and on time.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Free U.S. Shipping
miekki offers free standard shipping within the United States on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Shipping upgrades (if available) will be shown at checkout.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During new collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes:

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
Please note: Delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other shipping carriers are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders through trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the best available transit time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee delivery
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to you (shipping fees may apply)
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, miekki is no longer responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Mis-delivered packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Verify the address on your order
- Contact the delivery carrier directly
We will do our best to guide you, but carriers must initiate lost-package investigations.
8. Pre-Orders
This section applies only to items marked as “Pre-Order.”
If your order contains a pre-order item:
- Your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives in stock.
- Estimated ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page.
- Processing times begin after the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.
If you prefer immediate shipping of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
9. Shipping Limitations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@miekkibaby.com with:
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
