1. What sizes do you offer?

miekki offers classic, heirloom-style clothing for babies and children from 6 months to 6 years.
Our size range includes: 6M, 12M, 18M, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, and 6T.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our Florida warehouse.
During new releases or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. How long does delivery take?

Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

Carrier delays (USPS, UPS) are outside our control.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds apply to the item price only.

7. What items are final sale?

  1. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened or used swaddle blankets
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

8. How do exchanges work?

Due to limited quantities, exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase:

  1. Place a new order for the size/style you want.
  2. Return your original item following our return policy.

All new orders include free U.S. shipping.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us within 3 days of delivery at help@miekkibaby.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue quickly.

  • Mild detergent
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Avoid bleach and high heat

Proper care helps maintain the garment’s heirloom quality.

Our pieces are made in limited quantities, and restocks are not guaranteed.

13. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately at help@miekkibaby.com

Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Yes — digital gift cards are available.
Gift cards are final sale.
