At miekki, we want you to feel confident and delighted when shopping for heirloom-quality children’s clothing. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items with signs of wear, stains, odors, pet hair, washing, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used swaddle blankets
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

Shipping Costs for Returns
- miekki offers free U.S. shipping on all original orders.
- At this time, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- Original shipping is free; therefore, there is no shipping refund on returned items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, covering the item price only.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
Exchanges
Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot always guarantee availability for exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Place a new order for the size or style you want.
- Return your original item following the return policy above.
All new orders include free U.S. shipping, just like your original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@miekkibaby.com
Include the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue promptly and make it right.
