🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging with tags attached

Free from stains, scents, or damage

Please note: Final sale items, swaddle blankets, and accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

💌 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at help@miekkibaby.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you’d like to return

The reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label (via USPS). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

📦 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at help@miekkibaby.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
